Ten mod dodaje postać Kafki z gry Honkai: Star Rail do GTA Vice City.
Początkowo była łowczynią demonów w Celestial Garment Five. Później zawarła umowę z Elios i dołączyła do organizacji Stellaron Hunters. Gdy Stellaron Hunters zaatakowali stację kosmiczną Herta, wszczepiła Stellaron w ciało protagonisty, wymazała jego pamięć mocą inkantacji i poprowadziła go do dołączenia do Astral Express. Po tym działała zgodnie z "scenariuszem" Eliosa, przejęła pociąg do Luofu, rozwiązała kryzys Konstruktu, sprawiając, że Sojusz był wdzięczny Astral Express, a następnie odeszła.

- Otwórz archiwum, wyodrębnij pliki ped_high.img i ped_high.dir z folderu texdb, a także 10 plików z gta3hi (wśród nich będzie .txt);
- Rozpakuj dff.zip i txd.zip z archiwum moda.
- Wymiana modelu:
- Uruchom IMG Tool;
- Otwórz ped_high.img;
- Zlokalizuj i usuń player2;
- Importuj player2.dff z moda.
- Wymiana tekstur:
- Otwórz TXD Tool;
- Znajdź plik gta3hi.txt;
- Wymień obrazy jeden po drugim:
- Najpierw face.png, potem sprawdź model w grze zmieniając ubrania;
- Następnie wymień ji.png, hair.png, fu.png, powtarzając ten sam proces: wyjdź z gry → wymień → wejdź.

This mod adds the character Kafka from the game Honkai: Star Rail to GTA Vice City.
She was originally a demon hunter on the Celestial Garment Five. Later, she made a deal with Elios and joined the Stellaron Hunters organization. When the Stellaron Hunters invaded the Herta Space Station, she implanted the Stellaron into the protagonist's body, erased the protagonist's memory with the power of incantation, and guided the protagonist to join the Astral Express. After that, she acted according to Elios' "script", hijacked the train to the Luofu, resolved the crisis of the Construct, making the Alliance owe the Astral Express a favor, and then left.
It replaces the standard player model (player2.dff — blue Tommy suit). - File Preparation:
- Open ES File Explorer;
- Go to: Internal Memory → Android → obb;
- Find the folder with the GTA Vice City icon, add the .obb extension to the file inside;
- Open the archive, extract the files ped_high.img and ped_high.dir from the texdb folder, as well as 10 files from gta3hi (among them will be .txt);
- Unzip the dff.zip and txd.zip from the mod archive.
- Model Replacement:
- Launch IMG Tool;
- Open ped_high.img;
- Locate and delete player2;
- Import player2.dff from the mod.
- Texture Replacement:
- Open TXD Tool;
- Find the file gta3hi.txt;
- Replace images one by one:
- First face.png, then check the model in the game by changing clothes;
- Next, replace ji.png, hair.png, fu.png, repeating the same process: exit the game → replace → enter.
